Saturn Materials, LLC (“Saturn Materials”) warrants that its concrete masonry units (“Products”) are manufactured in accordance with applicable ASTM specifications and generally accepted industry manufacturing standards in effect at the time of production.
This Limited Product Warranty applies only to Products manufactured by Saturn Materials and sold to the original purchaser.

Concrete masonry products are manufactured using natural aggregates and raw materials. Variations inherent to these materials are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These normal characteristics include, but are not limited to:
An allowance of up to 5% damaged, chipped, or otherwise unusable units per pallet is considered an acceptable industry tolerance due to manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and normal handling.
This Limited Product Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:
The purchaser is responsible for inspecting all Products immediately upon delivery.

Written notice of any claim for defective Products must be submitted to Saturn Materials within 48 hours of delivery and before installation of the Products.
No claim will be accepted after any Product has been installed.
Saturn Materials reserves the right to inspect the Products and the project site before authorizing any replacement, credit, or refund.
Failure to provide timely notice or allow inspection shall void any warranty claim.
If Saturn Materials determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that the Products contain a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Saturn Materials may, at its option:
These remedies constitute the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Product Warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturn Materials shall not be liable for:
Under no circumstances shall Saturn Materials’ total liability exceed the original purchase price paid for the Products determined to be defective.
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Product Warranty, Saturn Materials disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
No employee, distributor, dealer, salesperson, or representative of Saturn Materials is authorized to modify or expand this warranty unless such modification is made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Saturn Materials.
This Limited Product Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from or relating to this warranty shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Mississippi.
